We recommend contacting us as soon as possible because we only have a limited number of “spots” for some shows.

Once you’ve submitted a quote request, we will usually get back to you within 1 – 3 days.

Please add “jean@ticketsgalorejapan.com” to your contacts/spam filter exceptions to make sure you receive our reply. Also check you spam/junk folder if you don’t hear from us within 4 days.

If you want quotes for several events and/or with varying preferences (number of tickets, etc.), you can add your additional requests in the comment section. Please make sure to specify if the number of tickets is per event or for all events in total.

Important:
We do not handle tickets for the following artists (although we can help with payments or live viewing tickets). Please note that you might not receive a reply if you inquire for concert tickets for these artists:
